We have a great New Year ahead, with many shows and tours already booked. We look forward to visiting your town, and bringing you the very best in traditional bluegrass music.

Every year, James and band make the trip to Columbus, Ohio for the MACC.

(Musicians Against Childhood Cancer)

James, Russell Moore, and Dudley Connell recorded "Memories of Mother", and will be released on the latest MACC cd in March.

Orders can be made for the last project (pictured above) titled, "Celebration of Life", by clicking the Merchandise Tab on the left column. All proceeds from the sale of this cd goes to St. Jude's Children Hospital.

While touring, James encourages everyone to stop by the record table just to say hello.           

We will be heading back to Bill Monroes' Bean Blossom Park in June for another great year of fun. 

In honor of Jimmy Martin and his rabbit stew, every year James and his wife, Julie serves James' version of 'Mater Sammiches'.  This would be All Beef Bologna, American cheese, home-grown 'Maters, Dukes Mayo, and Vidalia Onions.  It is free to the public, and is James' way of giving back to his fans.  Please join us to make it the largest one yet!

  James and Julie had such a great time last year, this year they're taking the whole band.  Join James, Julie, and the James King Band for 7 full days at sea, visiting the Western Carribean on Carnival's largest ship, Dream.  For info and details, click the Cruise Tab on the left side of the home page.

Sometime this Spring, James will head again into the studio for  another Rounder Records release.
